Copyright Policy

Journal of English Language Teaching does not take ownership of the copyright of any published article. The articles published in the journal are the intellectual property of the authors, who retain the copyright to their articles and may republish these articles as part of a book or other edited volumes. However, while republishing an article published in JELT, authors must ensure that the following conditions have been met:

  • The original source of the publication (the title, volume, number, and year of publication in the Journal) should be acknowledged.
  • The article will remain published in JELT website (except in case of retraction of the article).

Readers of the journal are permitted to use, distribute and transmit only the original versions of the articles in our journal for educational or non-profit purposes so long as the name(s) of the author(s), the full title of the article, and the publishing details (i.e., volume, number and year of publication in the Journal) are given in the references section with appropriate in-text citation. Readers may not use the articles for commercial purposes without the written permission of the author and publisher.

Distribution and transmission of plagiarized works based on the articles that appear in our journal are not permitted. Any kind of copyright violation should be reported to the Editor at: neerudlitt88@gmail.com.
